About Us

AllySys was founded in 1998 by Sanjay Kansal, a recognized top technologist at Bell-Atlantic (now Verizon). We serve as trusted advisors to Fortune 100, mid-tier, government and private organizations. We primarily focus on performance and scalability to develop customized IT solutions with the end goal of helping businesses maximize IT value by minimizing risks, increase IT predictability, increase operational performance and productivity.

Dr. Ritu Kansal

Cheif Executive Officer

Ritu (BS, MS, PhD) has been instrumental in establishing business development strategy for the company. She has also been overseeing the HR activities (including setting HR policies), for several years at AllySys.

Ritu has held various IT consulting positions at Fortune 100 companies as well as in academia through her position in the Science faculty at the Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA).

Sanjay Kansal

Chief Technology Officer

Sanjay (BS, MBA) founded AllySys in 1998 while he was at Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) as one of their top technologists. He has held various levels of senior management and leadership roles in Fortune 50 corporations and leading consulting firms.

Sanjay has specific expertise in technology management with pivotal roles in large-scale application development, new product development, offshore resource management, customer support and product and management consulting in various industries including Financial, Travel, Telecommunications and Services.

Carol Sosko

Chief Financial Officer

Carol (CPA) is a registered accountant with over three decades of professional services experience, including recommending and implementing accounting practices and office procedures. She brings a unique combination of experience in accounting and taxation issues, including taxation policies of the US, UK and France.

In her previous assignments, Carol has advised clients on formulating accounting practices including analysis, design and implementation of accounting systems. Her focus over the years has been to increase operational efficiency by improving receivables and increasing payroll and billing accuracy.

In her career, Carol has helped multiple startup companies mushroom to big and public corporations.

Sonali Bharadwaj

Senior Manager, IT Projects Delivery

Sonali (BS, Electronics Engineering) is a Project Manager with over 6 years of experience managing software development teams and clients in India, UK and US. She has received critical acclaim while serving as Project Manager at Mahindra British Telecom (now Tech Mahindra), for her on-time, on-budget delivery of end-to-end software development lifecycle projects for critical provisioning applications used at British Telecom.

Sonali has specific expertise in translating client business needs into technical specifications. She brings extensive experience with IT standards and regulatory compliances like HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley, as well as subject matter expertise for project technical implementation needs, performing system architecture analysis and design, developing technical system requirements.
